1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

At Slay, operated by Singhcoin LTD, we are dedicated to maintaining a safe and positive online environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We prioritize the protection of minors and are committed to keeping our platform free of illegal and harmful content.

We strictly prohibit:

  • CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): The uploading, sharing, or storing of any visual depiction—photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery—of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
  • CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation): Any behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children, including but not limited to:
    • Grooming: Attempting to build a relationship with a minor for sexual exploitation.
    • Sextortion: Threatening to release sensitive material to coerce a minor.
    • Trafficking: The trafficking of a child for exploitation.
    • Sexualization: Any content that sexualizes minors.

2. Age Restrictions & Data Handling

Users must be at least 13 years old to use Slay. We comply with the UK Children’s Code (Age Appropriate Design Code), UK GDPR, and US COPPA regulations.

  • If we discover a user under 13 has created an account, we will delete the account and associated data immediately.
  • We do not use children’s data for targeted advertising.

3. Reporting Mechanisms (In-App & External)

We provide mechanisms for users to report concerns without leaving the app.

  • In-App Reporting: Users can report profiles, messages, or content within the Slay app by tapping the “Report” button available on user profiles or chat interfaces.
  • Email Reporting: Concerns may also be sent to [email protected].

4. Action and Enforcement

Upon receiving a report or detecting CSAE/CSAM through our moderation systems:

  • Immediate Removal: We will immediately remove the content and suspend the offending account permanently.
  • Preservation of Evidence: We will preserve relevant data as required by law to aid investigations.
  • Mandatory Reporting: We are committed to reporting apparent instances of child exploitation:
    • National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (India)

    • National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), US/Global CyberTipline
    • Local law enforcement where appropriate.
